count.pl

Fixed bug in count.pl that prevented frequencies from being printed
for unigrams. Also added test 2e to Testing/count/normal-op.sh to
check for the correct output of switch --ngram 1. This bug discovered
by Patrick Ruch patrick.ruch@dim.hcuge.ch.
